    cortisol reducers

I recenltly started a new job that has a tremendous amount of stress and long hours. I am only able to squeeze in about 20min of training a day. I alternate everyday between the eliptical and a fullbody workout everyday.

Would it benefit my health at all using a cortisol reducer with 7-alpha-hydroxy-dehydroepiandrosterone in it? The one i had in mind is Lean Xtreme by designer supplements unless somebody knows of a better one.
    5'7" 180lbs 25% bodyfat 27 years old.

diet is as good as its going to get, sample day:

6AM- ON whey shake 1 scoop in skim milk with a bowl of kashi oatmeal
9AM- handfull or 2 of almonds
12PM normally leftover dinner(see below) OR high fiber/protien wrap with turkey, roastbeef, tuna fish
    2PM banana,apple, or orange
4PM part skim 100calories cheese stick
7PM chicken breast, turkey, lean steak, with greens or sweet potatoes.
10PM misc snack- handfull of nuts, glass of milk, occasional 100 calorie ice cream treat

I just started working out again and am seeing results quickly. I used to be 190lbs ripped so muscle memory is helping. Im mainly looking to reduce or eliminate the side effects of my stressful life.

i think you'd benefit more off of a better diet.. i know you said diet is as good as its going to get... but browse over to the diet forum, i bet you could make it work for you. if you used to be in real good shape, you know your body can get there again. sorry to not have an answer for the cortisol question but best of luck with whatever you go with.
