Thumbs up Please help me get the max benefits from theses supplements

I have just bought some San Vault 3 cans that should be enought for a 2 month cycle.

I have also bought 2 bottles of Phera plex and 1 PCT that should also be good for another 2 months cycle.

I have my big 10 pounds of whey protein, fine tuned my diet.

I am 5 feet 10 inches tall and weight in around 200 pounds, my goal is to put more muscles on and eliminate fat.

I dont plan to take Vault with Phera plex at the same time, i will soon be back from a long layoff and want to try both of theses supplements to give me a kick to start up my training.

While on phera plex what should i be taking i read that its a bit hard on the liver, since i am 200 pounds how much shoud i be taking i have seen many here take between 2-3 pills a day and add great results. Also should i train differently, more or less.

After i finished the phera plex and pct i will take some time off and train naturaly continue of course to take my protein shakes a diet and start the Vault in September.

I have also bought some melantonin to sleep better at night will that help with recovery at all.

    Thanks everyone.

People plateau off of Phera-plex after 3-4 weeks, so you might be buring that second bottle running it for 8 weeks. what does your setup look like?

I am doing back rehab now and posture reajustement, so i am off weight training til July.

Buying a house i will have a home gym in the basement, i am buying a good old chin up- dip station and to be honest that pertty much where the phera plex and vault supplement need to come in line.

My chin up suck i can do 3 and its over, but i remember by working at it back when i was 25 weighed 212 at that time and used creatine mono back in 1997 i was able to work myself up to 4 sets of 12 reps.

With this i will get an ajustable bench and some dumbells range 20-90 pounds.

I will see by then if i can buy a squat rack.

I plan to train 3 times a week keep the reps around 6-10 and the sets around 3 per exercices.

novastepp that is good news for the phera plex this means that with 2 bottles i can probably strech this to a 3 times deal if i use it for only 3 weeks at a time.

Diet wise of course i can the sugar and high glycemic carbs, replace them by fiber oatmeal and the rest veggies, whole wheat.

Probably add 3 whey protein shakes a day in lactose free milk cause many people say to have a complete protein you need casein.

Theses are 2 pictures right now of what i pertty much look like and what i have to work with.

Needless to say i cant wait getting back in action.

    Thanks for the help guys

What i have read from this is that San Vault is pre and post workout.

People at my job where freaking huge after taking San V12 so i imagine that Vault is the same.

CCE bottle cost 33$ and Vault is on special at 43$ at bodybuilding.com its a lot more complete it has glutamine (i know its worthless but ????) and a bunch of other stuff in it too.

i wouldnt take the pp unless you have all the resources for a proper routine...there is nothing wrong with dips and pullups but i wouldnt resort to a steroid (yes pp is a steroid) if that is your only means of training...as well as some dumbbells for chest...good luck with whatever you do

Sonar, let me say that i like your initiative to wanting to come back. but i think coming back smart is a good way to start. the PP will help you yes, but it will help you much more if you can build some stregth up first. don't jump into it yet. you also need to concentrate on your legs too. from teh pics you do have a good base, but your leg work should be a priority. i don't have massive legs, but working them has increased my sizes in every single other category. so get a routne planned out and post it before you jump into steroids...

i'd cut the milk (too much processed sugar, i know, low glycemic, but it's effects on insulin is greater than the GI would predict) and eat cottage cheese if you want the casein. why not join a gym to start? split your time between your home gym and a commercial one, and you'll discover what you really need. I very much agree with nova, jumpin into juice isn't the answer. These compounds can have sides, and it's best to have training and nutrition tuned in so you can get as much benifit from the gear as possible. JMO

Thanks guys, right now i am job hunting my own job is at 5 minutes from my house but i am miseable there and it the money is shit.

I know i will have to go to Montreal to get the $$$ jobs and hope to be happier, but far distance means traffic and if i can skip this by getting to a gym after work you bet i will.

I have been on and off training for 4 years, last time i did a gut wrenching workout is this summer, i was not ready at all and i payed for it after with back pains like hell.

I was able to incline db press 90 pounders for 5 reps, t-bar row 3 plates on the seated t bar bench, leg press around 700 pounds this is pertty standard stuff for everyone, and dp press 70 pounds for 8 good reps.

I have been on and off the gym since them, my membership ended 2 weeks ago, so it has not been a complete layoff.

You guys are still right i will take it easy for sure, might start with the Vault supplement first too.
