yes working out is a must through PCT but dont spend to long in the gym my work out's are normally 60-70 min's training on pct about 40 mins but high intestsity
PCT is when you work harder than you did on cycle IMO. you work to retain your gains, which for some, is EXTREMELY hard to do... bust ass brotha!
hell yeah dude eat like an animal and train hard but like stocky said be careful to not overtrain while your body is recovering

I always take a week off right at the very end of my cycle.. like after my last injection i take the week off.. this way i'm fully recovered and i'm ready to go for pct.
