i'm new here , so i dont know ..

can someone tell me if its reliable or safe to buy from them .. and some one tell me why is the delivery flat at $8 ... is there an error or somthing ?

All Sports Nutrion is a good site. I've ordered from them before, and had great service. I'd recomend them.

Not sure about the shipping. Never noticed before... I am always in a hurry when buying stuff online. (Usually at work, and don't want anyone to see that I'm shopping instead of working. )

Yeah, they are good. The 8 bucks ship can be harsh in come cases, but I just ordered and got everything in 3 1/2 days. Also, supplementwarehouse.com is pretty cheap and legit.
