Is this to much? This is my first time taking creatine of any sort. I take my first 5 grams 1 hour prior to training with 10 grams of glutamine and 40 grams of protein in a shake. And I take my second dosage of 5 grams about two and a half hours after my first dosage (after training) with 40 grams protein and 60 grams of dextrose. I am taking it 5 days a week and I also drink on average of 2 gallons of water a day. Its Higher Power CEE. Thanks for any input.
