i have been training for 2 years and just recenrly put myself on a course.
How much protien shuold i take during the day, some people say 1 gram per 1kg.
Some people say 2gram for 1 kg.
Can someone pleae help out

i've never heard 1g per kg, i've heard 1g per pound up to 2 g per pound. Make sure the bulk of it comes from real food
i shoot for about 1.5g of protein/lb about 60g of that comes from shakes..one of those being pwo and the other right before bed
i agree with everyone else 1.5-2g/lb. of body weight so if you weigh say 200 lbs you want to take in 300-400g of protein a day but like said before make sure most of it is from real foods at least 75-80% but thats just my opinion
