I've been reading on the threads that taking flax seed oil and fish oil while cutting it helps. Currently I have my diet in check, my cardio in check, lifting in check, and my EC stack.
From Vitamin World I bought Omega-3 Fish Oil 1000mg and
Flaxseed Oil 1000mg with omega-3 fatty acids
I want to know how much of each to take and when for it to be most effecting with my cut routine.
