Fvck GNC I am shopping at ASN
I started shopping at Allsportsnutrition and will never shop anywhere else again. Gnc has a decent selection but their prices are way too high. I have been there a couple of times and the sales associates didnt really know much about the products either. I have a locally owned shop at my gym that is a little cheaper but they dont carry a wide selection of products.
I am about to place my order from ASN for 5lbs of whey, ginger root, and some weight gainer. Last time I ordered from them it got to me in 2 days.
They have an huge selection and some things like my ginger root are half the price of GNC.

most of them don't even know what you're talking about when you walk in with any type of question anyways...especially when you walk in and you see an old fat person working there trying to promote their "weight loss" products to you at the checkout counter!

GNC is overpriced, im sure if GNC employee wants to post their shelf prices (for non gnc brand), someone here can find a better price online, so i dont think they are real competitive on that front...am i wrong?
GNC megaman vitamins are great
GNC (atleast around here) marks their prices on RTD's down a few days/weeks before they expire, so whenever im at the malls around here, i drop in to see if there are any markdowns on them. I like the WW Rapid Recover RTD's and they sell them .99cents when they are close to exp, so i'll buy everyone they have.
Locally we have a lot of supplement shops that sell wholesale prices, so usually what you'd find online, w/out shipping cost, and are very knowledgeable (sp?) but not everyone has those near. I shop in bulk so i spend a lot and like to save a lot..i buy 20lbs of protein and a case of abb mass recovery at a time
I dont hate GNC, but you have to shop selectively : )

This fat disgusting blob was wearing the fizogen "Strap" and told me that his energy level was through the roof, which was probably still only half the energy an 80 year old catatonic sloth has.
SVT he works at the Kingston branch, are you farmilliar with this oxygen thief?
