    20mg Phera Plex ed for 4 weeks

    Start 6'0" - 162 lbs.
    End - 180 lbs.

    Training 5-6 days a week

    Hey Musclebuilder, when do you think is the best time during the day to take PHERA-PLEX?. Also, What kind of diet plan were you following and what workout routine you were doing?. If you know of any specific site to get the information about diet plan and workout routine please let me know.

    18 pounds in one month that is amazing, can you please tell us how much you kept?

    I ordered 4 bottles of phera plex , 2 bottle of ultimate cycle for liver protection, and one for PCT.

    I am 200 pounds but carry around 16% bodyfat.

    i took phera plex twice a day always 6-8 hours apart but one dose was always 30-60 minutes before workout, on cycle and off cycle i have about 3 protein shakes a day 1 when i wake up, 1 post workout and 1 before bed, i ate basically a lot of meat, pasta, bread, oatmeal, and actually a lot of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, usually 3 a day with a large glass of whole milk, other than that i didnt really eat much else

    wow u had a horrible diet and u gained that much? hmmmmmmm

    DevilsDeity how would you run it????? i got 5 bottles of pheraplex on the way now plus PCT and perfect cycle to protect my liver very well.

    I know you did tell me once to run it 3 weeks on but how much time i should wait to start another cycle and run the pct

    wait 4 more weeks after you finish pct and run another

    THanks i will do that but me being around 200 i will keep the dosage at 20mg a day.

    I think I will start my Phera-Plex 4 week cycle with 10/20/20/30. Am still looking to follow a good diet plan base on Proteins, Carbs and good fats. If any of you guys know of any good diet plan that will give you great results when on PP please let me know. I honestly think that beside the PP a good meal plan is essential.

    It has been a week since i have stopped phera plex amd i have not lost a pound, still at the same weight as when i stopped

    what did your strength gains look like? and are you keeping your strength?if you keep really hydrated i heard that helps you keep your gains on this...

    bench went from 205 5x on the last set to 275 6x on the last set

    squats 225 10x to 375 8x

    stregnth has stayed the same since i have stopped

    holy fvck! That much strength with a crap diet eh. Too bad by the time I get around to taking something they'll all be long gone

    techincally its not really a crap diet it may be a crap diet for some people but i have a really high metabolism and im not interested in cutting up i want to bulk and what do you eat if you want to bulk up basically everything i was eating
