is there a difference between glutamine and glucosamine?
glutamine is pretty useless ive tryed taking it before and it did nothing for me so i agree with kman and yes there is a difference between glucosamine and glutamine
glutamine is an amino used for muscle revocery.....glucosamine comes from shellfish acctually(and other sources)...and is used for joints its good if taken around 1500Mg a day but dont expect overnight results becuase it takes around 2-6 months to build up in the joints to start working but once that occurs you will deff feel a difference
do u think glutamine is the way to go if u suffer from aching elbows, or is there something better?
You want glucosamine, I've heard that it works pretty good.Originally Posted by yodaddy
