Exclamation Best Thing to Take for Natural Water Retention????

    Sup All...

Question... What will Help get RID of NATURAL Water Retention I Say "Natural" Because it is Not Due to the Use of Gear.... I Just Don't Sweat!!! No Matter What....

I am 5'10 Around 280Lbs and I Just Don't Sweat... I Hear it ALL the time from My Friends about it... It is an On Going Joke... I Mean to Say that Sooner or Later I Will Sweat BUT it Takes ALOT and When I Do it's NOT Much....

I Read that Dandelion Leaf Tea Works the BEST... I Would Like to Validate this.... Heard it Work Just as Good as Furosemide (Lasix) which is Used with Patients Who have Fluid Retention Due to Congestive Heart Failure Issues.... I Know Potassium Levels are Important... Not Sure of Mine... Guess I Need to get Some Bananas... lol...

So What is the BEST Supp to get Rid of Water Retention... I Need it!!!!!!

    Thx Guys!!!!
