Efa's
Who here takes flax oil and fish oil. Are they both required, cant you get your omega 3,6,9 from just flax oil.

yes but flax still has to convert to EPA/DHA which is what you want while fish oil is already active.

i just use flax seed oil as of now im not sure if they are both needed to get all your efa's but i do know that flax oil has your basics in it the omega 3,6,9's heres what is on my label

think of flax oil as a precursor to fish oil, like a prohormone...i take mainly just flax, but on off days i use fish oil caps...

i have been taking pills, but they are a flax and fish combined into one, i just orderd some flax oil liquid, how is the serving size like a tablespoon

With my cutting routine I have been taking fish and flax with my protein/fat meals and have been seeing excellent results.
