think of flax oil as a precursor to fish oil, like a prohormone...i take mainly just flax, but on off days i use fish oil caps...
i have been taking pills, but they are a flax and fish combined into one, i just orderd some flax oil liquid, how is the serving size like a tablespoon
usually 14 grams per serving
With my cutting routine I have been taking fish and flax with my protein/fat meals and have been seeing excellent results.
