the info that is usually pounded down peoples brain is this. you cant spot reduce fat. fat needs to be lost over all, overall bodyfat brought down to get rid of hte fat in one particular area.
however, i have heard things otherwise about yohimbe

i know you cant spot reduce fat, but im using this for gyno help, which ive read reviews about....im willing to try anything besides the knife...might be using this in conjunction with phlojel and letro

how long have you had the gyno?
is it from steroids?
do you have a lump under the nipple?
If your gyno is very minor then you might have some success with 'hiding' it
however the truth is it wont go away unless you get surgery.
