maybe i'm an idiot...but what happened to selling just potassium at stores...they got different types now

they still sell it, i buy it all the time. i take about 600mg a day from pills, and tons from food.

search for potassium gluconate. you can buy it anywhere, from health food stores to supermarkets. i guarantee you will find it at wal mart if you cant get it at a health food store or you dont want to buy online. i usually stay far away from walmart, especially when it comes to supplements, but for potassium, if you cant find it anywhere else, you can get it there.
