    supplement someone should make

    Why isnt there any supplements were u can just take a pill that conatina enough, taurin,glutimean,cartine,argine in it instead of having to take that stuff individually!! If ther eis a product would someone let me know?

    Yes, you could buy them raw and then cap them yourself. Not sure where you find them raw though.

    lol, on it's way. You're right you need all the help you can get! Btw did I read you are trying to cut for the summer? Do you wish to be 150lb abercrombie boy? Do a clean bulk, don't be the skinny ripped guy.
