    Vitamin C..How much and When?...and i DID use the search function

    Okay after reading as much as i can find on it. The jury is still out.

    Some members praise the vitamin and others say it is hard on the liver and kidney's.. in large doses.

    HOW MUCH SHOULD I TAKE DAILY? AND WHEN?

    Some argue not to take it prior to workout.

    Could i please have some personal experience advice.

    I take 1000mg ed and no probs. Been doing it for years. You would prob have to take literally thousands of mega dosaged for it to harm you.

    i take 7g (supplemented) a day, 1g with every meal. i feel like my energy has been permanently boosted because of it, no diarrhea, no cramps, just energy. i recommend it. maybe Johan will jump in here, seeing as he was the one who got me doing it in the first place...

    yea johan got me doin it too i take 5-8g a day depending on my scedule and what not but i was wondering if you should take more if you are sick or should you keep it at the same i was thinking of bumping it up to 10-12g a day dont mean to jack the thread sorry but im jw

    I generally take a couple grams per day, especially in the winter I up the dose because of its anti-oxidant properties and energy. I think you will be fine to use Vit-C at your own discretion, but Johan would be the person to talk to if you really want a high dose.

    15g per day for me...if I miss a day or go lower...I go back to the way I used to be = not good

    i take close to 1000 mg/ed. best time to take it after a meal. ur body can take up the vitamins better then.

    15g's a day...damn....

    thanks for all the input guys...the most i have take is around 8-9 then i get some mean ass gas........... then i stop...

    i think i will do another bowel test, then drop it to 2g's and maintain that dose ED...
