What supps do you take when training a combat sport. I love the mma game, ever aspect fascinates me...but when I train all my hard earned muscle just goes away. My body just burns it off. This always messes with my head, I stop training and just hit the weights...till the muscle comes back and then a few months later I get the itch to train again. Was wondering if anyone has this prob, and takes any supps to keep them going. Any info would be great.
