milk thistle????

So what do you guys think about milk thistle i just got some since I'll be doing Dbol but not sure about its efficiency!
what is most of your guys experience?

I use Liv-52 Its better than using just milk thistel imo. You can get it at herbalprovider.com

If you are going to use milk thistle I would suggest 1000mg/day I take mine all at once as well just my opinion, I use it and it has worked well for me inexpensive as well which is nice hope this helps

Nope no pains, felt great, didn't notice any problems
