Hello all. I am currently 2 weeks on the road to getting fit.Here are some of my pictures starting out and then progressing after 2 weeks. You may not be able to see much of a difference but I can see it as well as feel it.I lift 4 times a week with doing my abs every day. I am currently taking protien, creatine, taking multi vitamines, and eating clean. Its been tough trying to adjust to my new life style. I am 31 years old 6'1". I started out at 240lbs. and am now down to 227lbs.(I dont think i have ever eatin this good in my life)! I will post more pics as the weeks go by. Just to let you know all of the stories on this board have been my inspiration. thanks to all who comment. Oh and I would definitely like some constuctive critisism. Thanks!
