    Help On Deca&test Cycle

    ok I have 10 cc's od deca 200QV, and 10 cc's of Test Depot, how should i cycle these , this is my first real cycle....should i take like a shot of deca on Monday and the a shot of Test on friday or do i take them the same day???anyone help me out..thanx well im 5'9'' 160.. if that helps
