How much will ECA affect my blood pressure?

I need to pass my DOT physical soon and my BP is usually on the high side anyway. It will need to be under 140/80

How much will ECA impact my BP readings?

it will definatly affect your BP but how much is dependent on how you react to taking it some people can take it and notice nothing and others are bouncing off the walls shaking for a few hours it all depends but there are supplements out there that can help you control BP like hawthorne berry extract and theres others too but im not too sure about what they are because i dont have bp problems...yet knock on wood hope this helps good luck

yeah someone like me whos stimulant sensitive can never take that crap, a cup of coffe or sudefed pill makes me shake like im kicking dope.. only cause of some heart damage i suffered a while ago though

yeah but hawthorne, garlic, valerian root, and ginko are all good at keeping BP down, but the high BP i believe is what makes the stack so effective so its kinda contradicting.
