dosage depends on your diet and what your goals are... while cutting i take in more than when bulking because carbs are a priority then... how much are you taking now? and taking them together isn't a problem. i bring fishoil pills to class with me instead of my flax bottle sometimes... both are good and can be taken together...

nahh that's not a whole lot...here is how much is in 1 Tblsp of flax oil...
Flax oil - 4,650mg (which contains)
Alpha Linolic Acid-2,720mg
Linoleic Acid- 698mg
Oleic Acid- 814mg
Other Fatty Acids & Phytonutrients- 418mg

I take the capsules that have both in them. They have the Omega 3 6 and 9 fatty acids. Its much easier to take than messing with the oil. I also read that flax seed oil is no good if it gets above a certain temp and is not refrigerated. It is also destroyed by light which is why most flax seed supp. come in capsule form. I don't know if this is true or not............just what I read on a flax seed oil info site. I do know the pills work. I started taking them 2 months ago when I started a cutting phase. I did the same cutting routine last spring/summer with no Omega fatty acids, and I'm at twice the progress now than I was before. You definitely need this stuff to burn the fat off quicker.

to answer the original question i use 4 tbsp of flax a day which amounts to 44grams of fat. if i know im having a piece of fish or im feeling a nut craving i cut the flax back.
