Ok guys i guess i got this set-up right.
I have been off and on training for 5 years now due to back pain.
I have been working very hard on posture exercices and should be able to get back in full training by this summer.
Personnal note i will not Squat nor deadlift this is what injured me in the first place.
I am 33 years old 5 feet 10 and 200 pounds with around 16% bodyfat, will have some picture to gear progress when i start.
I was thinking of first using the Stimulant X to shed bodyfat and shop down 10-12 pounds first, then train 1 month natural to gain back the strenght that i lost.
After start the phera-plex for 4 weeks at 20mg a day, after get the PCT retain going for 1 month and in the same time add San Vault creatine.
I plan to train 3 times a week
Chest, Delts and Triceps
Back Biceps
Legs.
I will do Bench press, incline press, dips for chest 2-3 sets of 6-10 reps
Military press, db press and bent laterals for delts 2-3 sets each
I will only do press down for triceps cause after all this they will be dead
For back close grip pulley rows, t-bar rows and chins
barbell curls
and for legs
leg press, leg ext and leg curls
All exercices will be taken to failure.
Diet will be a semi low carb with low glycemic has main carb source.
