    niacin

I'm currently on my first m1t cycle. I take all the regulars...milk thistle, red hawthorn, fish oil, mutli vits, liver sup and niacin. The niacin (no flush), makes me feel like utter sh1t(skin's on fire and a general sick feeling, both of which went away when I dropped the niacin)! My multi vit has niacin in it at a much smaller dose. Will dropping the niacin increase my risks dramatically? If so, is there a niacin out there that someone's taking that is easier on the body?

    Thanks for any help

Thanks, Bryan. The bottle says no flush, but when I take it, my skin still feels hot, which becomes really irritating. I took a much longer look at the post, which I should have done in the beginning. Again thanks, a great help.
