i get really bloated when taking creatine monohydrate from all the water and i get cramps, i know it comes in pill form, what is the best pill form i could buy it in? let me know if u guys have any suggestions or results from taking creatine in pill form thanks i appreciate it

But I'll cover it again. Some prefer Creatine Eythl Ester, which causes littel to no bloat in most. Search it.

i think i found some stuff thats cheap u heard anything about kre-alkalyn if its good because my buddy has some samplers he just told me and hes gonna let me try them for a period of time so im gonna try them let me know what u think if u heard bad or good about them thanks

I got my CEE cheap. It is also sold in bulk. If you go with the right company, it is a very inexpensive supplement.

Buy it in bulk I got 1000 grams for $30 lasts for quite awhile that way
