    Eating Protein Powder??

    So if I just eat 2 scoops of protein powder instead of making a shake, am I still getting it all in?

    yeah you would still get it all in. infact i have to do this because the eas protein i have doesn't mix for shit. i have to eat it but i still put water with it, i wouldn't try to eat it dry though.
