Creatine is good, its like having sex w/ a condom and w/ out, once you've done it you never wanna go back (i know its not that good but you get the point) Just get a quality creatine. Go to a GNC or some store and they'll hook you up

don't go to GNC unless you want to pay arm and leg for a small amount of creatine. GNC sucks. better shop online. ex. EAS betagen 90 serving, GNC has it for $85 and I payed $53 online.

I just bought 10lbs of Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein for $43.97 online. Can you imagine what GNC would charge for that? Probably 3 times as much......

i got creatine for 20 bucks (1000 mg from met-rx-very fine too) works great, but its very tough on the liver and kidneys in some people.. its like sand. put it in a blender for as long as you want and watch it settle..

Try micronized creatine.

I can mix 12 grams of creating (loading phase) and 50+ grams of dextrose in one glass of water and it will all disolve almost completly.
