Does anyone have any experience or info on norandriol and androstenediol.
I am 28 5'8" 168 pounds, and frustrated as hell that I can't put on weight.
Been lifting for about 2 years.
Thanks

cut down the cardio if you are doing any, eat till you are sick, and when you cad walk rather than run...walk... when you can stand still rather than walk... stand still, you can sit rather than stand.. sit, when you can lay down rather than sit...lay down
prohormones won't make you gain weight faster than doing the above things, and if you do use prohormones( like i have) you have to do the above anyway, get that stuff right before wasting money on supps that won't work till you have everything else in order
Prohormones are Shit!
This thread will probly get moved because you put it in the Wrong Forum!
This should go into the supplements forum!
BTW-Welcome to the board!
I've used that stuff before and didn't get any benefits from it . Glultamine, creatine, and ala would be much better than any prohormones imo. Could you give us an outline of your diet and workout routine? Maybe there's something there that can be changed to help you out.
Thanks, I got that idea when I searched the board. Too bad, I just bought a couple of bottles of 19-norandrostenediol...and a bottle of androstenediol, which I have since learned will just grow me tits...
Live and learn.
As for diet, here goes:
Try to keep about 150 g of protein, normally a mix of chicken, tuna, and shakes. Just bought simply gain, which is 43 g of protein, 23 g of carbs, and 5 g of creatine. going to try that 2 X a day. And add whey protein twice a day, and keep eating. When I eat this much, I start to deposti fat around my waist, which I don't like.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
