click on the link above and you'll see an article about creatine and it says to cycle for a few weeks, is this right? i've used creatien before and it worked awsome for much more of a few weeks...

i think its different for different ppl, but the logical thing is that it need to be cycled, just like anything else your body will eventually get used to it and it will make the creatine less effective

Although I do agree with farre kinda got me interested and I did some research, but there are so many mixed reports its probably best to find out what works best for you

8 weeks on, 8 weeks off... the rule i go by when using it. works for me.
