difference between r-la and r-ala?
is there any real difference? i heard that r-la is more effective as an antioxidant and r-ala is more effective as a glucose transporter to muscles. and is there a difference in what type of form it comes in like powder or liquid?

(ala) is synthetic and (r-ala) Is the same type of alpha lipoic that occurs in our bodies.
The potency and efficacy of r-ala is alot better.. There are more reasons.. but you get my point..Last edited by Mizfit; 04-05-2006 at 02:29 PM.
