I've finally a place to buy bcaa powder, making it cost effective to supplement 20-30 g bcaa a day, stupid pills to damned expensive. Anyways, how i've been using is half scoop (10g) just before lifting, then mixing full scoop (20g) with a scoop of whey and 2 scoops gatorade in my pwo drink. does anyone have any experience using bcaa's like this, any suggestions?
