I have some liquid b-12 will that suffice or is it a waste? It's serving size is 1000mcg (as cyanocobalamin).

the antidepressant Zoloft (sertraline) increase appetite like a mofo. Every hour im getting hunger pains as if I hadnt eaten for a full day
