Well, from reading the nutritional info, they seem to be about the same. the advantages that optimum nutrition seems it might have though is the list of amino's found in their whey and dymatize didn't list any. the only advantage i saw with dymatize is that they have some pretty tasty sounding flavors.
one question i have though is since both are whey protein and seem to be fairly similar as far as ion-exchange, micro-filtered, etc, wouldn't they both have the same kinds of amino's in them, or is there more to it that i'm missing?
anyway, because of the long amino list, optimum nutrition looks like it's winning out for me, but just wanted to hear everyone elses opinions and see if these two are comparable or if optimum really wins out here. thanks guys.
oh, also wanted to add in here that since optimum whey has such a large amount of aminos in it, is there any point in taking liquid aminos along with it, or is the whey just going to break down to aminos so fast it would basically be like taking in more of the same thing?
