    Question Going on Vacaction

    hey guy im goinng away on vacation and not real sure if i wil have time to workout. do you think i should bring my supplements and take them anyway like protein and vitamins for example or should i take a week off that stuff and let my body take a break?

    Its meant ot be a holiday. Where would the relaxation be if you had to stick to a supplement regime?

    I say tsake the week off so that you give your mind a break

    i agree with milky, take the week off, it'll also let your muscles fully recover. i wouldn't be surprised if you came back to the gym stronger than when you left.
