    Quick answer would help

    If I ate 20 minutes ago and toook my first serving of NO Xplkode now and plan to work out in 25 minutes would I still get the full effects?

    Ya stick to an empty stomach....wait at least 1 hour after your meal I usually wait 1.5 tho

    eat...wait at least 1 hour...personally I dont think you should stress much about when you take that supp...between 30min & 1 hr prior to training sounds fine...

    Thanx alot for the input guys. I felt more pumped a bit and vascular today. Put up more weight on incline dumbells didnt really feel it till my 8th set though. Probally becuase I took it too soon.

    I will bet 100$ if you take this stuff with a full stomach you will Xplode into your toilet. I learned this the hard way. Diareha cha cha cha.
