when to take protein?
How many times a day and when should I have a protein shake?
For now I have 1-45g shake after my work out. Should i have 1 on non work out days?

no, eat a real food protein source if possible, avoid the shakes except after worktout. How much protein do you eat in a day?

I have 1 scoop after i eat my eggs in the morning. 2 scoops with my PWO shake and 2 with flax before i goto bed.

My diet is not very good thats y I am asking about shakes. Should i have the same intake on workout days as on non?

It is better to get your protien from real food but I get 80g of protein fROM shakes every day. Two scoops post workout and two scoops right before i go to bed. Just what I do. And yes I take them during my off days. Not at the same time though usually when i wake up and midday.

Thanks for the info guys. I got to work on my diet.
One more thing, it seems when ever I start taking a multivitamin and mineral I get sick with a cold. Is it just me or does this happen to anybody here?
