I have 1 scoop after i eat my eggs in the morning. 2 scoops with my PWO shake and 2 with flax before i goto bed.
My diet is not very good thats y I am asking about shakes. Should i have the same intake on workout days as on non?

Seriously......your body should tell you when enough is enough. Most protiens are such piss poor quality that your body cant use half the protien.
It is better to get your protien from real food but I get 80g of protein fROM shakes every day. Two scoops post workout and two scoops right before i go to bed. Just what I do. And yes I take them during my off days. Not at the same time though usually when i wake up and midday.
50 g every 3 hrs
Thanks for the info guys. I got to work on my diet.
One more thing, it seems when ever I start taking a multivitamin and mineral I get sick with a cold. Is it just me or does this happen to anybody here?
