    appetite suppressent

    i need help/advice on choosing an appetite supressent.. ive used hoodia and really didnt benefit much from it, maybe it was jus the brand that i used?

    ive also taken clen and that absolutely diminished my appetite, but as we kno u cant take clen all the time plus the hunger increase i get after taking clen are damn near uncontrollable so i really need somebody to point me in a good direction

    i really appreciate any help, thanks guys

    Ephedrine/Ephedra is moderate supressor. I cant say I ever had decreased appetite with clen though.
