ECA Stack......accomplishes 3 things 1. raises body temp 2. burns fat 3. decrease appetite.

The aspirin thins the blood and makes the body more receptive to the stimulants........this is often debated and some dont even use it.

    ^ Wrong.......

Aspirin inhibits prostaglandin production , which with conjunction with caffeine, prolongs the thermogenic effects of ECA, by preventing the the body's negative feedback loop and maintaining elvated levels of cAMP.

Ok.........can you exlpain that in English. If possible, email the website you copied and pasted that from and see what he meant......in english.

Seriously, you can drop the aspirin from the ECA stack with little or no difference seen. Lets confuse things a bit

aspirin inhibits an enzyme, cyclo-oxygenase (COX), that catalyzes the generation of prostaglandin from cell membrane fatty acid precursors. But the suppression of prostaglandin production could not fully account for aspirin's effectiveness because, after 15 minutes, aspirin is broken down in the body and becomes salicylic acid, a completely ineffective inhibitor of COX.

God........I just have to hit one more reply to this.

So basically what you are trying to say is the Aspirin makes the body more receptive to the stimulants?

Caffien plays a major role, it helps prolong the fat burning effects of the ECA stack by slowing cAMP breakdown. In order to maintain homeostasis the body will produce phosphodiesterase (PDE), which is responsible for the degregation of cAMP. This will reduce the effects of the ECA stack.Caffiene inhibits the production of phosphodiesterase, which will help maintain elevated levels of cAMP. Which will in turn keep your metabolism elevated.

Aspin does the same thing but on another level, while caffiene does its work with cAMP inside the cell. Asprin works out side the cell by inhibiting prostaglandin production. Which is just another mechanism of keeping cAMP elevated, which as you can see if the ultimate goal.

That he does - suggestion: go to advanced search and read posts by that user you will be confused, but hopefully more knowledgeable. TONS of good info from the advanced search feature.

    Good luck!

also aspirin prevents the acetate molecule from entering the fat cell. Basically in short this will mean it will make it harder for your fat cells to grow. So on one hand you have the fatburning effect of the prostaglandin change, and the "anti-fat gain" effect of inhibition of acetate.

Kloter, whats wrong buddy? Did somebody you know get an ulcer from aspirin?

Thats pretty much the only bad thing. I dont advocate the 365mg tabs, just the 81mg tabs. That is all you need. No crazy amounts of aspirin. But if someone in your family suffers from ulcers, then lose the aspirin.

asprin is VERY important for the ECA stack, all that was mentioned above is true..it prolongs thermo effects and prevents fat cells to an extent...stick to the 81mg tabs, its all u need....
