MCT's for cutting on a ketogenic diet?

The one thing I'm doing different this preseason is paying for attention to fat consumption. With each meal I consume 1gm fish oil, a teaspoon of cocunut oil (for mtc), and one teaspoon of of extra virgin olive oil. I'm thinking I'm covered on the fats? Any feedback on this?

Isn't that almost standard for preseason? Also, it gets good press in mags like muscular development. But even more convincing, I've done this for the last three years with great results. I shred up freaky style! I rarely feel fatigue too so my body seems to tolerate it well. When I feel drained I eat natural peanut butter. Every 5-10 days I'll have a high carb day and I zig zag the calories during the week.

That not bad, I know per-season carb depleting i one thing so you can carb load. But going keto can really lower your thyroid. But the high carb day will def help. If it ain't broke don't fix it, just seeing what your reasoning is.

Yeah, I do ECA (every other day) with that fat burner component of green tea and 7 keto. I think that ups the thyroid a bit.
