Question about a pre-practice energy drink?
Basically my body is not trained for football yet, and spring ball is in process. My body goes nuts with lactic acid every practice and after about 1 1/2 hrs i fall of mentally and just become mentally fatigued because its around the 2 1/2 hr mark from the last time i had food. I researched a few sups to take before practice and came up with

Lemme know what u guys think, basically im trying to get something that is easy to digest, and will help me stay focused for the whole practice, instead of just realizing im out of calories and fall off. THANKS!

why not just try some caffeine? I'd be careful about taking ephedra before a grueling practice where your heart rate is already going to be elevated.

1. caffine gets tested for
2. i have trouble breathing as it is cause im in shape, but not football shape if that makes sense? So i would like something that wouldnt speed my heart up lol

yeah it is. Sucks when u feel like ur doing something wrong when u have a red bull or monster energy drink
