    Military and SD

    Im not doing this or anything, just curious after some of the military posts Ive read. And it doesnt have to be SD, just a roid in general.

    If one decide to drop the weights, and do a SEAL type training and just did, pushups, situps pullups, ran, and swam. Would it be worth it doing a cycle at the same time? Or is that better left to a weight lifting workout? Just curious...thanks.

    Sounds like a lot of cardio to me. I think you would get more benifet with weights. Military training in general is mostly cardio not designed to make you bigger but more fit. Roids are designed in my opinion to get big.

    Yeah, thats what I kinda firgured at first. But was just throwing it out there to get more comments on it. It is alot of cardio, so what about a cutting roid by that chance then?

    if your infantry you are doing a shitload of puch-ups sit-up pull-ups and running. not to mention ruck marching. you need to lift heavy also, but use mentzers HIT, especialy because you are already getting the volume and endurance you need. and imo steroids would help
