    beta receptors fried

    hey ive been on and off EC and Clen (not together) for quite a while now. Im pretty sure the receptors are fried..how long should i take a break from nothing to start up fresh cycle..I also have some keto so i dont know if i could simply use this and everything would be good to go.

    How long is a while? Have you included ketotifen or benedryl in your mix?

    like 2 months..and no i have not been using the keto..i just got it for my new clen cycle i wanna start up
