    A Quick Question

I plan on visiting a local GNC store in a few hours. I wondering what would be the best pickup for building definition and/or stamina, any advice?

Whey protein and BCAA's are always good supplements to help build muscle.

Don't buy anything from GNC. They are super over priced.

Friends don't let friends shop at GNC.

Def....use the banner at the top of the page for allsportsnutrtion you will be happy you did...like stated before depends on your experience, age, etc. But stick with the basics......Whey protein, creatine, and maybe give an NO booster a try (might get some crazy pumps vascularity)

I am 18 years old. I'm standing at 6'0 and weighing 245. A football player/ wrestler who has been lifting for 4 years straight. I gotten a little pudgy coming my biggest year to date--- playin division one football. I wasnt able to check back before I hit up GNC. Though next time, I will click that banner. I picked up a few things: Vitamins, cell-tech, more whey protein, and anadrox. How would rate that pick up? Dont say i wasted my money on the anadrox, puhlease.

Well you already know you made a boo-boo shopping at GNC...protein is def good, I personally would have gotten some CEE instead of cell-tech less bloat (plus Muscletech from GNC = ) Havent heard much about anadrox so let us know how it works for ya

anadrox is an NO right? well if you wanna go that way, noxplode is everyones favorite. i have taken it and it works well for me. and don't get cell tech man. you could make your own and it's cheaper. i heard you only need dextrose and creatine etc. do some research. also i know you have heard this a billion times but do not shop at gnc. you could take those supplements that you got back to the store and save yourself some money. here is the list that i would recommend though:

homemade cell tech or kre alkalyn 1500 ( i preffer kre alkalyn because you don't bloat) go to steelcityfitness.com for kre alkalyn
noxplode. buy em online or vitamin shoppe. up to you
glutamine. they are fairly cheap at vitamin shoppe or online
    multi vitamins. anywhere you want
whey protein ( i use dymatize elite swoles sponsor i believe. it's the shiznit man it's soo good) supplementmarket.com for protein.

it seems like you could get all of these at supplementmarket.com except for kre alkalin. you could also use the sponsor's website and they are pretty cheap too. well good luck man.
