    Whoa, SD is tearing it up!

    So Im in week 2, and we just did bench. What I use to struggle and work at with 6 reps, I busted out 12 and maybe couldve gone more. lol it was freeaking crazy...even my friend was like holy shit...and Im just like...yep, see what a good diet gets ya..(wink wink)

    I dont think I have a question here, just wanted to spread the love....

    cool, i am glad the sd is working for ya bro. make sure you do proper pct to keep the gains you have made.

    yeah, i think my bro added 25lbs (approx) and his strength increased drastically. it was fun to watch...now i know how they feel when they watch me

    Yeah, I already/am making sure I have all the proper supps and PCT.

    Ive gotten a little more mass, but my strength is where you can really tell. Then again, Im not even half way done...yay! good stuff.

    kyjelly great to hear man, so what does your cycle look like. I got a bottle of Sd i'm gona be running this summer so its great to hear the gains, keep it up.

    Its 20/30/30/30 I might change the last week to 40 depending on how it all goes. Oh yeah, almost foregot. Im also running Ergo at 20/20/20/20. I know some say no, and its bad, and suicide. but, Ive heard and seen people do it and like it. But with whatever happens, Ill let ev1 know and how it goes. lol, and if you dont hear from me again, Im probably dead ..jk

    Supps include::
    -Milk thistle
    -hawthorne berry
    -red yeast rice
    -ff naicin
    -Vitamin B5
    -fish and flaxseed oil
    -multi-vitamin

    for PCT Im gonna run AX's PCT and Retain for 4 weeks. Im sure it will work just fine.

    i always hear good stuff about SD..i am on PP right now starting week 3 tomorrow...decent strength gains, some noticable size gains, nothing crazy though

    Yeah like I said, I just started week 2, not much on the mass end, but a little. But as for strength, it just jumped up like crazy.

    can never get to many postive feed backed on SD keep them coming people. Let see who got the best gains.

    i recently ordered some Phera plex and superdrol and am gonna give them a shot. i have to stay legal as i'm on probation. Im used to running 1000mg test cycles with anadrol, and tren. dont know if sd or pp will work for me or not. Also i heard it workds really well to start on the Phera plex and then cycle to the superdrol for maximum gains. anyone know? maybe you should try this next time, just a thought, i'll letya know how it goes with me as well.

    Im guessing its because its a crazy-strong DHT derivative. DHT's are damn good for strength (winni, masteron, anavar)
