So Im in week 2, and we just did bench. What I use to struggle and work at with 6 reps, I busted out 12 and maybe couldve gone more. lol it was freeaking crazy...even my friend was like holy shit...and Im just like...yep, see what a good diet gets ya..(wink wink)
