In order to obtain ovearall health plus mass and definition, in addition to my diet and exercisse program I am taking the following supplements, thease have all been addit to my diet one by one, for different circustancess, now I dont know which ones work and which ones are garbage that I could live without, I am asking bacause the bill is geeting large and if is not good or required I would rather change a particular supplement for something that works.
So here is the List of all the supplements I take Daily:
a) Whey Protein Shakes (3 a Day)
b) Soy Protein Shakes (2 a Day)
c) GNC Megamen Multivitamins (Daily)
d) NO2 (Twice a Day)
e) Creatine (Twice a day)
f) ***** 3 fish oil (3 times a day).
g) L-glutamine (twice a day)
h) aminoacids (5 times a day)
I) Ginseng (twice a day)
j) Noni Juice (Daily)
k) Chromium Picolinate (500mg a day)
