    Is this good or garbage?

    In order to obtain ovearall health plus mass and definition, in addition to my diet and exercisse program I am taking the following supplements, thease have all been addit to my diet one by one, for different circustancess, now I dont know which ones work and which ones are garbage that I could live without, I am asking bacause the bill is geeting large and if is not good or required I would rather change a particular supplement for something that works.

    So here is the List of all the supplements I take Daily:

    a) Whey Protein Shakes (3 a Day)
    b) Soy Protein Shakes (2 a Day)
    c) GNC Megamen Multivitamins (Daily)
    d) NO2 (Twice a Day)
    e) Creatine (Twice a day)
    f) ***** 3 fish oil (3 times a day).
    g) L-glutamine (twice a day)
    h) aminoacids (5 times a day)
    I) Ginseng (twice a day)
    j) Noni Juice (Daily)
    k) Chromium Picolinate (500mg a day)

    So what do you think?

    haha well, to start, anything GNC brand, you can get for $10-$20 cheaper somewhere else. Um, personally, I just use 3 or so protein shakes a day, and keep my diet in check (1 being my PWO). I also use NO Explode just pre workouts. Other than that, I try not to waste all my money. Afterall, if your diet is in check, thats what it all really comes down to in the end.

    Yeah I know GNC is expensive, and they may want to sell you everything they have, but this supplements have not been recomended by GNC they where recomended by lets just say pleople whom know more than me.

    Sh.....t is like 40 pills a day, with some very nasty sides (Farthing all day long)...energy I canot complaint gym performance, I can not complaint, in general everything is good but my wallet is starting to say something like (Hey dude if this is worthit go for it, but if is not f,..you)

    Hows that Noni juice treating you?...I tried it before a little bitter for my taste....also I know glutamine can have diminishing effects on some NO products I figure you get enough out of the whey protein you take you probably wouldnt need to be taking an additional 2 servings

    You shouldnt need 5 protein shakes per day. 2 why and 1 Soy or caesin (before bed) should be plenty if your diet is correct.

    Glutamine has been reported by some to work and by others to not, so youcould scrap that if it is costing much.

    Creatine is only needed once per day before your workout. Same goes for NO

    You shouldnt need the amino acids given the amount of protein your taking in

    And as for the last three, I dont know what they are meant to do so I cant coment
