cee or kre alkalyn

the name says it, which one is better? i read some info about cee but still confuse and i don't know which one should i buy for next months clean bulking.

cellthoxy extreme with my pct from my sd is what im a use. its by nutritiontech and they use12grams mono with kre-alkalyn for absorbtion. got it for $36 with a free t shirt at muscle outlet dot com. also has 40 servings and taste like grape cool-aid so when in a week weeks when im done with sd ill let u know how the kre-alkalyn creatine works.
