I just bought that it's on the way any ideas on how to take it?! Cause i heard some guys take benadrel or some do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off but i know you have to go up in doesages. I got made head pains when i was on ephdra last time any ideas?

20/20/40/40/60/60/80/80/100/100/100/80/80/60 then for the 2 weeks off just keep doing am cardio and diet and just save the eca stack for when the clen is gone??
