Creatine, getting sick

I just started some creatine today and i was nauseous over an hour and vomitted. Anyone experience this?

didnt have any experiance like that, i know my stomach was upset for the first week or so until i got used to it, but after that didnt have any problems.

what brand of creatine did you try?

i found some cell tech in my kitchen and thats what im using

ive took cell tech before, the loads of sugar gave me the shits for a while, but never any nausea or any stuff like that

Ya like stated above check the exp. date also if its been open something may have gotten into it, or just the way your body decided to deal with it till its used to creatine, is this your first time using it?

no, it wasnt the first time, i think i drank it too fast with way too much water

drink it slow bro, Ive puked off that stuff too. The stuff upsets my stomach all the time but especially if i slam it. Puts on weight real fast though.

Ahhh yes probably is I have had an upset stomach after that, never puked but didnt feel good man
