a treadmill, and a good diet...do some research...read the cutting thread in the diet section...never rely on a pill
yo, iv been going to the gym 6 days a week and im on a high protein diet and no sugar. i use a protein shake for my pwo meal. im lookin for a boost c/b ive hit a flat in my weight loss
L.A.: You should post your diet and exercise regime. I'm sure someone would be able to find something more you could do, or something you aren't doing and should be.
yea we need to know more la...everything you eat:ie:calories, fats, protien,and carbs....and what your exercise regimine is, when, and how much cardio and weight training you do...
