Hi guys, i started using olive oil extra virgin in my protein shakes, guy told me its good for the tendon and ligaments, and good source of omega 3. And its cheaper then other oils.
I wanna know what are the benefits of oils in protein shakes???
I take my shakes in skim milk and been told that oil can actually slow down the absortion of carbs and protein so its a lot better to take shakes with oil.
ANd on top since i cut most of the carbs i eat, it would provide me with the extra calories i need to stay big????
I am not sure if all of this is right?
